Our team works closely with event planners to develop a customised schedule that ensures optimal engagement. Best results are found when the options are given to attendees early so they can prepare before travel and understand whether the sessions are on site or at a dedicated wellness location

The concept is not about fitness but engagement. This means that our programmes are designed to be inclusive, accommodating varying fitness levels and preferences to ensure everyone can participate and benefit. That is the beauty of moving together!

Sessions typically last between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the type and customisation based on your event’s needs. They can be shorter or longer. Let’s chat.

We regularly conduct attendees and event organisers quality surveys.

Pricing is dependent upon the options chosen for your event and would cover the project management, the programming, the instructor and the equipment, where relevant. Although it can be arranged, we do not quote for any special venue hire as we typically set up within the facilities provided by your selected venue (hotel, conference centre).

There may also be situations which require hiring equipment (indoor bikes, mats, tents or else…)
