How it all Started
STOP! We Have An Idea!
An idea emerged while speaking to a friend who was organising a large business event, bringing together leaders and global sports stakeholders: what if we gave the people working in the business of sport a platform to actually take part in a fitness activation during the conference?
We were already delivering fitness classes to busy individuals close to their homes or offices—so why not take the classes to them?
To be honest, this idea didn’t get very far, but it sparked something bigger. It led to the concept of Summit Sweat Sessions: bringing fitness activations into conferences and corporate events.
Shortly afterwards, on the advice of a good friend, we rebranded to Summit Wellness Sessions to better reflect a broader, more inclusive offering. We kept the word “Summit” as a reflection of bringing people together—while continuing to support all types of events.
And don’t worry—for those who need it, the Sweat Sessions are very much alive.
We thought about our own Work/Life balance
With over 20 years of experience in the corporate world, working across cross-functional teams, managing relationships and negotiating commercial contracts, we bring a deep understanding of that environment.
At the same time, we’ve spent a huge portion of those years in group exercise classes.
That combination gives us a unique edge: we understand what it means to stay active, even with a demanding schedule and we’ve experienced first-hand the powerful connections it can create.
A True Interest: We Walk The Talk
This passion for group exercise naturally evolved into a passion for coaching.
What started as participation has grown into years of hands-on experience delivering sessions ourselves.
We’ve also felt the frustration of not being able to access high-quality group fitness while travelling for work or attending events.
That gap is something we know well and it’s exactly what we set out to change.
We Are Serious, Qualified and Happy to Help
Fully certified to deliver a wide range of fitness programmes, we run regular weekly classes at gyms across London.
We know how to create engaging, effective sessions that resonate with participants of all abilities whether they are complete beginners or seasoned gym-goers.
